Payment of Accommodation Fees

The accommodation fees are set up to be paid in three equal instalments. The first instalment will be due on 29 August 2011 for the start of the Licence on or after the 10 September 2011. The second instalment will be due on or before 10 January 2012. The final instalment will be due on or before 23 April 2012.

The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Credit Card (subject to a 2% handling fee)

• Bankers Draft
• Bank Transfer
• And Postal Order

Paragon Notting Hill Student Lets offers a no fee no key policy, so it is important that deposits, and first instalments are paid on time to avoid disappointment.

Please note that we do not accept cash or personal cheque as a valid form of payment.
