Student Warden Opportunities
Paragon Notting Hill Student Lets are able to offer opportunities to residents to help them further their skills and have a valued contribution in promoting and improving resident life leading the community on the ‘love where you live’ ethos.
Wardens are members of the Student community who are able to assist other residents who are probably living away from home for the first time adapt to life, they will be able to offer some pastoral care, as well as assist with Health and Safety and management tasks. The wardens will have close working relationships with the management team and the other residents.
The wardens will also have responsibility to assist in the setting up of various groups that will cover social events, committees, and environmental issues, all of which will require the support of other residents.
If you think that you can contribute to life at Paragon and would like to apply to be part of the Warden team or to sit on any of the committees there will be further information in the welcome packs which you will receive upon your arrival at Paragon.
Recruitment of Student Wardens will take place at the beginning of the academic year.
