Why Choose Paragon
Paragon provides year-round accommodation for students aged 17 years and over. During term time most of our accommodation is used by students on long-term lets, but we offer short-term stays during the summer months (late-June to mid-September) for a wide range of individuals. We also welcome enquiries from supervised groups with individuals over 13 years of age looking for accommodation during the summer.
Rooms cater for a wide range of needs and are available from as little as £30 per night.
What We Provide
If you book a short-term stay at Paragon the services that we provide are a little different to those offered to students staying during term-time as we recognise that your circumstances are different.
Short-term stays could include bed linen and a towel. We can also provide a cleaning service for the study bedrooms and communal areas weekly. Rubbish and recycling is removed daily.
You are welcome to use the communal kitchen and dining area in your flat. However, we don't provide crockery, cutlery or cooking implements. There is a cafeteria on our site.
Please note that all of our accommodation is non-smoking.

Please contact us by telephone or email (or you can come in to see us at the office). We will check availability and send you a booking form. Please note that for short-stay accommodation (periods up to three months) full payment is required in advance and a refundable deposit may also be requested.
